la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>CULTURA ALIMENTARIA<\/strong><\/span> incluye:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>Modelos<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>alimentarios<\/strong><\/span> y<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> nutricionales<\/strong><\/span> que forman parte de la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>herencia cultural<\/strong> <\/span>de todos los <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>grupos<\/strong><\/span> de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>personas<\/strong> <\/span>y <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">pueblos<\/span><\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">El <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>concepto<\/strong> <\/span>tambi\u00e9n se <strong>refiere<\/strong> a las<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> formas<\/strong><\/span> de<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> cultivar<\/strong><\/span>,<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> cosechar<\/strong><\/span> y <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>preparar<\/strong> <\/span>los <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>alimentos<\/strong><\/span> y a los<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> ritos<\/strong><\/span> o <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>celebraciones<\/strong> <\/span><strong>asociados<\/strong>. <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Nuestra <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>cultura alimentaria<\/strong><\/span> tiene su origen desde la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>\u00e9poca prehisp\u00e1nica<\/strong><\/span> y durante la <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">conquista<\/span> <\/strong>se ampli\u00f3, producto del <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>mestizaje<\/strong><\/span>; haciendo que nuestra <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>gastronom\u00eda<\/strong> <\/span>sea una de las m\u00e1s<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> ricas<\/strong> <\/span>y <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>diversas<\/strong><\/span>; raz\u00f3n por la que desde el <strong>2010<\/strong> fue inscrita por la <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">Organizaci\u00f3n<\/span> de las <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">Naciones Unidas<\/span> para la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">Educaci\u00f3n<\/span>, la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">Ciencia<\/span> y la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">Cultura<\/span> (UNESCO)<\/strong> en la <strong>lista<\/strong> <strong>representativa<\/strong> del <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">Patrimonio<\/span> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">Cultural<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">Inmaterial<\/span> de la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">Humanidad<\/span><\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Sin embargo en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>cultura alimentaria<\/strong><\/span> del <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>M\u00e9xico Moderno<\/strong> <\/span>se ha caracterizado por un <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>alto consumo<\/strong> <\/span>de <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>alimentos\/productos ultraprocesados<\/strong><\/span> y<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> refrescos <\/strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">(dieta rica en az\u00facares y grasas)<\/span><\/span>; propiciando el <strong>desplazamiento<\/strong> de la <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">dieta tradicional<\/span><\/strong> que es <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>equilibrada<\/strong><\/span>,<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>variada<\/strong><\/span> y<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> completa<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Lo anterior aunado a <strong>factores<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"> econ\u00f3micos<\/span><\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>pol\u00edticos<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>sociales<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>ambientales<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>biol\u00f3gicos<\/strong><\/span> y definitivamente <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>culturales<\/strong> <\/span>ha promovido que uno de los <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>problemas<\/strong> <\/span>de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>salud <\/strong><\/span>m\u00e1s importantes del <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>pa\u00eds<\/strong><\/span>:<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> la obesidad<\/strong><\/span>, siga en <strong>aumento<\/strong> y sea un <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>factor de riesgo<\/strong><\/span> importante para el desarrollo de otras <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Considerando el papel determinante de la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>cultura<\/strong><\/span> sobre el <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>comportamiento alimentario<\/strong> <\/span>y por lo tanto en los<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> procesos<\/strong><\/span> de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>salud<\/strong><\/span> y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>enfermedad<\/strong><\/span>; uno de los pasos a seguir es <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>rescatar<\/strong><\/span> nuestra <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">cultura alimentaria<\/span><\/strong>; es por ello que hoy queremos proponerte que\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>investigues<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>prepares<\/strong><\/span> un <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>platillo<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span> de la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>dieta tradicional mexicana<\/strong><\/span> y la compartas en <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">familia<\/span><\/strong>;
