Estos <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>enfoques<\/strong> <\/span>implican <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>&#8220;sacrificios&#8221;<\/strong> <\/span>como: <strong>renunciar a alimentos que nos gustan, sentirnos de mal humor o cansados, evitar las fiestas y\/o reuniones familiares, etc. <\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Las<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> dietas estrictas <\/strong><\/span>parten de un<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> cat\u00e1logo<\/strong> <\/span>que <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>clasifica<\/strong> <\/span>a los<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> alimentos<\/strong><\/span> y\/o <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>grupos de alimentos<\/strong><\/span> como <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>buenos<\/strong> <\/span>y\/o <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>malos<\/strong><\/span>, <strong>llev\u00e1ndonos<\/strong> a <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>creer<\/strong><\/span> que si <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>comemos<\/strong><\/span> alg\u00fan <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>alimento<\/strong> <\/span>fuera de la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>lista permitida<\/strong> <\/span>nos <strong>estamos<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>portando mal<\/strong><\/span>, <strong>generando <\/strong>y <strong>alimentando<\/strong> una<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> relaci\u00f3n de culpabilidad<\/strong><\/span> con la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>comida<\/strong><\/span>; que muchas veces nos hace<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> sentir tan mal<\/strong><\/span> que en <strong>consecuencia<\/strong> terminamos <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>comiendo<\/strong> <\/span>peor que antes. Adem\u00e1s es necesario <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>entender<\/strong> <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #808080;\">que las <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>prohibiciones<\/strong><\/span> s\u00f3lo <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>aumentan<\/strong> <\/span>nuestras <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>ganas<\/strong><\/span> por dicho <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>alimento<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Tambi\u00e9n es com\u00fan encontrarse <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>co<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">n<\/span>ductas de atrac\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>; disfrazadas de <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>&#8220;permisos&#8221;<\/strong> <\/span>o <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>&#8220;ideas&#8221;<\/strong><\/span> como: &#8220;<strong>si no me lo como hoy, ma\u00f1ana ya no podr\u00e9 por que estar\u00e9 a dieta&#8221;, &#8220;come ahora porque en la dieta tal vez no sea posible&#8221;, &#8220;ma\u00f1ana me pongo a dieta, me merezco comer de todo&#8221;, etc., <\/strong>es decir la palabra <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>dieta<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">puede provocar<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>sobre ingestas.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Por todo lo anterior; hoy queremos<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> recomendarte<\/strong> <\/span>que<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> NO<\/strong><\/span> elijas una<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> dieta<\/strong><\/span>, ni un<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> plan<\/strong><\/span>\/<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>tratamiento<\/strong><\/span> por el <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>n\u00famero de kilos<\/strong><\/span> que te promete <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>bajar<\/strong><\/span>; <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>ELIGE<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>asesoria nutricional<\/strong><\/span> que te ayude a: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Recibir<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>informaci\u00f3n especializada<\/strong><\/span> e <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>individualizada<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Identificar<\/strong> tus <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>se\u00f1ales<\/strong> <\/span>de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>hambre<\/strong><\/span> &#8211;
