La primer <strong>celebraci\u00f3n<\/strong> se lleva a cabo cada <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">12 de Noviembre<\/span> <\/strong>y la segunda cada <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">14 de Noviembre<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">. Ambas celebraciones buscan <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">educarnos<\/span><\/strong>,<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"> <strong>concientizarnos<\/strong><\/span> y <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>promover<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>estilos de vida saludables<\/strong> <\/span><\/span>que permitan la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>prevenci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>, el <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>diagn\u00f3stico<\/strong><\/span> y\/o<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"> <strong>tratamiento oportuno<\/strong> <\/span>de dichas<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"> <strong>enfermedades<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">La <strong>incidencia<\/strong> de <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">obesidad<\/span> <\/strong>y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>diabetes<\/strong> <\/span>cada vez es mayor, aun en <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>poblaci\u00f3n infantil<\/strong> <\/span>y ambas condiciones est\u00e1n estrechamente relacionadas; de acuerdo a la <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">NORMA OFICIAL MEXICANA<\/span><\/strong>, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>NOM-008-SSA3-2017<\/strong>, Para el <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>tratamiento integral<\/strong><\/span> del <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>sobrepeso<\/strong><\/span> y la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>obesidad<\/strong><\/span>: <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">El <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>sobrepeso<\/strong><\/span> y la<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> obesidad<\/strong><\/span>, son <strong>condiciones<\/strong> que se relacionan con la s<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>usceptibilidad gen\u00e9tica<\/strong><\/span>, con <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>trastornos psicol\u00f3gicos<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>sociales<\/strong><\/span> y <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>metab\u00f3licos<\/strong><\/span>; que <strong>incrementan<\/strong> el <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>riesgo<\/strong><\/span> para desarrollar <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>comorbilidades<\/strong><\/span> tales como: <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>hipertensi\u00f3n arterial<\/strong><\/span>, <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">diabetes mellitus tipo 2<\/span><\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>enfermedades cardiovasculares<\/strong> <\/span>y <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>cerebrovasculares<\/strong><\/span>, as\u00ed como algunas<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> neoplasias<\/strong><\/span> en mama, endometrio, colon, pr\u00f3stata, entre otros.<strong>&#8220;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">La <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">Obesidad<\/span><\/strong> es una <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>enfermedad<\/strong> <\/span>caracterizada por la <strong>acumulaci\u00f3n excesiva<\/strong> de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>tejido adiposo<\/strong><\/span> en el organismo. La <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>diabetes<\/strong> <\/span>es una <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>enfermedad cr\u00f3nica<\/strong><\/span> que se produce cuando el <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>p\u00e1ncreas<\/strong><\/span> <strong>no produce<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>insulina<\/strong><\/span> <strong>suficiente<\/strong> o cuando el <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">organismo <\/span>no utiliza<\/strong> eficazmente la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>insulina<\/strong><\/span> que produce.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">En ambas <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">enfermedades<\/span><\/strong> se reconoce el <strong>papel<\/strong> del <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>entorno<\/strong><\/span>, sobre todo el <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>familiar<\/strong><\/span>; incluso en la celebraci\u00f3n del <strong>D\u00eda Mundial de la Diabetes del 2018<\/strong>, el lema fue: &#8220;<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>La diabetes concierne a la familia&#8221;<\/strong><\/span> y en este a\u00f1o el lema es: <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>&#8220;Protege a tu familia&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>; es por eso que hoy les <strong>recomendamos<\/strong> los siguientes <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>puntos<\/strong><\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>Identifiquen<\/strong><\/span> \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> peso saludable<\/strong><\/span> de cada miembro de la familia?. Recuerden visitar a un<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> especialista<\/strong><\/span> de la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>salud<\/strong><\/span> y\/o la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>nutrici\u00f3n<\/strong> <\/span>para determinar que peso es el adecuado para cada integrante.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Mantengan<\/strong><\/span> ese <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>peso saludable<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Integren<\/strong><\/span> una <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>alimentaci\u00f3n saludable<\/strong><\/span>. Recuerden visitar a un <strong>profesional<\/strong> de la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>nutrici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span> para individualizar las <strong>recomendaciones<\/strong> pero los primeros pasos que deben asegurar son:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>-Comer<\/strong> al menos<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> 5 porciones<\/strong> <\/span>de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>verduras<\/strong><\/span> y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>frutas<\/strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>-Preferir<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>cereales integrales<\/strong><\/span> y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>granos enteros<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>-Limitar<\/strong> el <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>consumo<\/strong><\/span> de <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>az\u00facares refinados<\/strong><\/span>: az\u00facar de mesa, jugos, refrescos, bebidas azucaradas, dulces, productos de panader\u00eda y\/o reposter\u00eda, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>-Preferir<\/strong> preparaciones <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>a la plancha<\/strong><\/span>,<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> asadas<\/strong> <\/span>o <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>guisadas<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>sin fre\u00edr<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>ni empanizar<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>-Disminuir<\/strong> y\/o <strong>limitar<\/strong> el <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">consumo<\/span><\/strong> de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>alimentos<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>densamente energ\u00e9ticos<\/strong><\/span>; es decir aquellos que en <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>peque\u00f1as porciones<\/strong><\/span> nos proporciona una <strong>gran cantidad<\/strong> de<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> energ\u00eda<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">&#8211;<\/span>Hidratarse<\/strong> <\/span>con <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>agua natural<\/strong><\/span>\/<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>simple<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Realicen <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">ejercicio<\/span><\/strong>; al menos <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>30 minutos<\/strong><\/span> al d\u00eda.
