sin embargo los hombres no est\u00e1n exentos, el <strong>1%<\/strong> de los casos se detecta en <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">g\u00e9nero masculino<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Antecedentes p<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>ersonales<\/strong><\/span> y\/o<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> familiares<\/strong><\/span>: de c\u00e1ncer de mama.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">Antecedentes personales<\/span><\/strong> de otras <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">enfermedades mamarias<\/span><\/strong> no cancerosas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Menarca<\/strong> <\/span>(primera menstruaci\u00f3n) antes de los 12 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Historial de <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">sobrepeso y\/o obesidad<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Alimentaci\u00f3n <span style=\"color: #808080;\">inadecuada<\/span><\/strong><\/span>; alta en az\u00facares y grasas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Falta<\/strong> de <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">ejercicio<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Consumo<\/strong> de <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">alcohol<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">Tabaquismo<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Sobrepeso<\/strong> <\/span>despu\u00e9s de la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>menopausia<\/strong><\/span>,\u00a0 aumenta el riesgo de c\u00e1ncer de mama.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a1ASUME TU <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">RESPONSABILIDAD<\/span> Y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">AUTOEXPL\u00d3RATE<\/span>!<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Es necesario realizar una <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">auto exploraci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong> <strong>mamaria<\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">mensual<\/span><\/strong>, a partir de los <strong>20 a\u00f1os<\/strong> (preferiblemente al <strong>5to d\u00eda <\/strong>de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>menstruaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>) para identificar de manera temprana la presencia de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Un <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">bulto<\/span><\/strong> o una <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>masa<\/strong> <\/span>en la <strong>mama<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Cambios<\/strong> en el<strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"> tama\u00f1o<\/span> <\/strong>de los <strong>senos<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">Engrosamientos<\/span><\/strong> de la <strong>piel<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">Escamas<\/span><\/strong> alrededor del <strong>pez\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Coloraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span> <strong>naranja<\/strong> o<strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"> \u00falceras<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">Secreci\u00f3n<\/span> inusual<\/strong> de la mama.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Sensaci\u00f3n de <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>picaz\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>, <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">edema<\/span> <\/strong>y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>dolor<\/strong> <\/span>en un<strong> brazo<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a1<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">PROGRAMA<\/span> TU <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">MASTOGRAF\u00cdA<\/span>!<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">En caso de que tengas <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">antecedentes familiares<\/span><\/strong>, a partir de los <strong>34 a\u00f1os de edad<\/strong> puedes solicitar la realizaci\u00f3n de la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>mastograf\u00eda<\/strong><\/span>. Si no tienes antecedentes, se debe hacer <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">u<\/span><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>n<\/strong>a vez cada dos a\u00f1os<\/span><\/strong> a partir de los <strong>40<\/strong>, y <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">cada a\u00f1o<\/span><\/strong> al cumplir los <strong>50<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a1<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">CAMBIA<\/span> LOS <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">FACTORES DE RIESGO<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">MODIFICABLES<\/span>!<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">La<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span> , el <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">sobrepeso<\/span><\/strong> u <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>obesidad<\/strong><\/span>, la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>inactividad f\u00edsica<\/strong><\/span>, el <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">consumo de alcohol<\/span><\/strong> y el <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>tabaquismo<\/strong><\/span> son <strong>factores<\/strong> que aumentan las probabilidades de c\u00e1ncer de mama pero afortunadamente son factores\u00a0 <strong>modificables<\/strong>; ac\u00e9rcate a un <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">especialista<\/span> <\/strong>de la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>salud<\/strong><\/span> y la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>nutrici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span> para iniciar los<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> cambios<\/strong><\/span> que sean necesarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a1<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">CUIDA<\/span> TU <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">ALIMENTACI\u00d3N<\/span>!<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Indudablemente la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>alimentaci\u00f3n correcta<\/strong><\/span> y un <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>estilo de vida saludable<\/strong><\/span> se relacionan con un<strong> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">estado de bienestar<\/span> <\/strong>y <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>salud<\/strong><\/span> en general. Aunque existen muchos <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">compuestos nutricionales<\/span><\/strong> que siguen en estudio, esta completamente demostrado que la<strong> modificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de ciertos <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>h\u00e1bitos alimenticios<\/strong> <\/span>y la implementaci\u00f3n de ciertas <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>pautas nutricionales<\/strong> <\/span>juegan un papel indispensable en la <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">prevenci\u00f3n<\/span> <\/strong>del <strong>c\u00e1ncer<\/strong>; a continuaci\u00f3n te presentamos las <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>recomendaciones<\/strong> <\/span>m\u00e1s importantes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Integrar <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">verduras<\/span><\/strong> y <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>frutas<\/strong><\/span> de temporada. Se <strong>recomienda<\/strong> integrar al menos <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>400 g\/d\u00eda<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Integrar <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">cereales integrales<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 y<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> tub\u00e9rculos<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Aumentar<\/strong> y\/o <strong>asegurar<\/strong> un <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>consumo adecuado<\/strong> <\/span>de <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>fibra<\/strong><\/span>. Se recomienda un aporte de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>25 g\/d\u00eda<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Reducir\/limitar<\/strong> el <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>consumo de az\u00facares simples<\/strong><\/span>. Su consumo <strong>no<\/strong> debe <strong>rebasar<\/strong> el <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>10%<\/strong> <\/span>de nuestra <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>ingesta cal\u00f3rica total<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Consumir <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">cortes magros<\/span><\/strong> de <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">alimentos de origen animal<\/span><\/strong>, optando m\u00e1s por el consumo de<strong> pollo<\/strong> y<strong> pescado<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Reducir<\/strong> el<strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"> consumo<\/span><\/strong> de<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> alimentos curados<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>ahumados<\/strong><\/span>,<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> salados<\/strong><\/span> o en <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>conserva<\/strong><\/span> para disminuir nuestra exposici\u00f3n a <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>nitritos<\/strong><\/span> y\/o <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>nitratos<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Limitar\/reducir<\/strong> el <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>consumo de grasas<\/strong><\/span> (<strong>no<\/strong> debe <strong>rebasar<\/strong> el <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">30%<\/span><\/strong> de nuestra<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> ingesta cal\u00f3rica total<\/strong><\/span>) y debemos preferir <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">g<\/span><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>ra<\/strong>sas monoinsaturadas<\/span><\/strong> y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>poliinsaturadas<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Consumir<\/strong> productos <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>l\u00e1cteos descremados<\/strong><\/span> y con moderaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Vigilar<\/strong> la <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">ingesta<\/span><\/strong> de fuentes de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>vitaminas C y E<\/strong><\/span>,<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> selenio<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>folatos<\/strong><\/span>, <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">calcio<\/span><\/strong> y<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> zinc<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Restringir<\/strong> y<strong> vigilar<\/strong> el <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">consumo<\/span> <\/strong>de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>sodio<\/strong><\/span>. Se recomiendan <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">menos de 2 g\/d\u00eda<\/span><\/strong>=<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> 5 g\/d\u00eda de sal<\/strong><\/span>.
