El <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">lema<\/span><\/strong> de este a\u00f1o es:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u201cUna <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">alimentaci\u00f3n sana<\/span> para un mundo <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">#HAMBRECERO<\/span>.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Debido a que no solo se apuesta por <strong>garantizar<\/strong> el <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>acceso a alimentos<\/strong><\/span>, tambi\u00e9n se busca<strong>\u00a0 garantizar<\/strong> que los alimentos sean <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">saludables<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>cubran<\/strong> los<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> requerimientos<\/strong> <\/span>de los individuos y <strong>promuevan<\/strong> su <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">salud<\/span><\/strong> y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>bienestar<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0Se estima que en el mundo<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">\u00a0<\/span><b><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">672 millones<\/span> <\/b>de<b> adultos<\/b>\u00a0y<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">\u00a0<\/span><b><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">124 millones<\/span> <\/b>de<b> menores<\/b>\u00a0son <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>obesos<\/strong><\/span> y\u00a0<b><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">40 millones<\/span> <\/b>de<b> ni\u00f1os<\/b> <strong>menores de 5 a\u00f1os<\/strong> tienen <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">sobrepeso<\/span><\/strong>. (FAO)<strong>&#8220;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">En la actualidad se sabe que la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>mala alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span> es la principal\u00a0 causa de <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>discapacidad<\/strong><\/span> y<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> muerte<\/strong><\/span>; por lo que todos <strong>debemos<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"> tomar conciencia<\/span><\/strong> e <strong>implementar<\/strong> las siguientes<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> estrategias<\/strong><\/span> para <strong>ser parte<\/strong> de la <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>soluci\u00f3n<\/strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">Integrar<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">verduras<\/span><\/strong> y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>frutas<\/strong><\/span> de<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> temporada<\/strong><\/span>, <strong>todos los d\u00edas<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>Comprar<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>productos frescos<\/strong> <\/span>y a <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>productores locales<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">A\u00f1adir<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>legumbres<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>frutos secos<\/strong> <\/span>y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>cereales integrales<\/strong> <\/span>en la <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n diaria<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Reducir<\/strong><\/span>\/<span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>limitar<\/strong><\/span> el <strong>consumo<\/strong> de <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">productos ultra procesados<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">Reducir<\/span><\/strong>\/<span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>limitar<\/strong><\/span> el <strong>consumo<\/strong> de <strong>alimentos ricos<\/strong> en <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">grasas saturadas<\/span><\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>grasas trans<\/strong><\/span> y <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>az\u00facares<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Reducir<\/strong><\/span> el <strong>consumo<\/strong> de <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>carnes rojas<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Organizar<\/strong><\/span> la <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>compra de alimentos<\/strong> <\/span>y <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>almacenarlos<\/strong><\/span><strong> correctamente<\/strong> para<strong> evitar<\/strong> el <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>desperdicio de alimentos<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Optar<\/strong><\/span> por<strong> preparaciones<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>hechas en casa<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Experimentar<\/strong><\/span> e <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>integrar<\/strong> <\/span><strong>platillos<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>saludables<\/strong><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>Aprender<\/strong> <\/span>a <strong>integrar<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>productos\/platillos locales<\/strong> <\/span>en nuestra <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>alimentaci\u00f3n diaria<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Tomar conciencia<\/strong> <\/span>del <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>impacto ambiental<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>de ciertos alimentos y <strong>limitar<\/strong> la <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">frecuencia<\/span><\/strong> de su <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>consumo<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>Evitar<\/strong><\/span> <strong>comprar alimentos<\/strong> que generen <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>demasiada basura<\/strong><\/span>.
