desde<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>2013<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">la<\/span><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> OMS<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">estableci\u00f3 que cada<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>10 de Octubre<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">se celebre el<\/span> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>D\u00eda Mundial de la Salud Menta<\/strong><strong>l<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">; debido al <strong>impacto<\/strong> en<\/span> <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">mortalidad<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">y<\/span><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> calidad de vida<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">que tiene los<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>trastornos mentales<\/strong><\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">La<\/span> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>depresi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">ocupa el <strong>tercer lugar<\/strong> de las<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>enfermedades<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">que afectan a la<\/span> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>poblaci\u00f3n mundial<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">; m\u00e1s de<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>151 millones<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">de personas la padecen y es la <strong>principal causa<\/strong> de<\/span><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> a\u00f1os<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\"> de<\/span> <strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\">vida saludable<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">perdidos y de<\/span> <strong><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\">discapacidad<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">El<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>suicidio<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">es la s<strong>egunda causa<\/strong> de<\/span> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>muerte<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\"> de<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>j\u00f3venes <\/strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">ntre <strong>14 y 29 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>800, 000<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">personas a nivel mundial<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>mueren<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">debido a esta causa.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">En<\/span><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #808080;\">en <strong>2017<\/strong> se registraron<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>6 559 casos<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">de<\/span> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>suicidio<\/strong><\/span>,<span style=\"color: #808080;\"> de acuerdo con la <strong>Encuesta Nacional de los Hogares<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Aunque la<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"> salud mental<\/span> <\/strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">puede verse afectada por diversos<\/span><span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong> factores<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">(algunos<strong> inmutables<\/strong>); existen factores que pueden<\/span><span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong> modificarse<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">,<\/span> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>estrategias<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">que pueden<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>prevenir<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\"> y<\/span> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>colaborar<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">en el<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>tratamiento<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">y la<\/span> <span style=\"color: #7c84c0;\"><strong>rehabilitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">de los<\/span> <span style=\"color: #92c13e;\"><strong>trastornos mentales<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">;
